We currently do not offer an exchange or a return. Orders once places cannot be cancelled.
Damages and issues
Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right along with an image of the defect, if any.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information: -
Order number - Delivery address - details of defective or incorrect product, along with an image of the item.
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and packaging are intact.Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.

e-Gift Cards are also non-returnable and non-transferable.
What if your have ordered a wrong size?
Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size, do write to us at info@noaclothing.com or WhatsApp on our customer care number +91 7042887666. We will not be able to exchange a product for size related issues.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue you a credit note with a validity of 6 month for purchases on the website.
